Joyce is a Practice Management Consultant specializing in Optometry with over 20 years of experience in the medical coding and consulting field. Mrs. Ardrey worked as the Business Administrator at a surgical co-management clinic, as well as a consultant for a practice management consulting group with clients in general medicine, ophthalmology, and dentistry, prior to starting her consulting company, Consultation and Implementation (C&I), in 1992. As a consultant, Mrs. Ardrey performs compliance and chart audits, staff and physician education, and office organization. Mrs. Ardrey has served on the Medicare Advisory Committee (CAC) representing Optometry for Pinnacle Business Solutions Inc. (Formerly Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arkansas) the Medicare Carrier for OK, NM, AR, LA, RI & MO since 1996. She continues to serve with the new J4Mac, TrailBlazer Health Enterprises. She is also a member of the DME JC POE (Provider Outreach and Education) with Cigna Health Systems. Her areas of expertise include compliance and risk management, CPT©, ICD-9 and HCPCS coding, DME MAC supplier requirements on Refractive Lenses, E/M documentation requirements, Medicare guidelines, and chart documentation. She lectures regularly at the OAOP Spring and Fall Seminars and District Meetings and has presented at Pro-Tulsa Chapter (currently serving as President) of the AAPC, The Coding Institute, SWCO, MOA, AHEC and NSUOCO.

 

Michael Fuchs brings over 25 years of eye care experience and to OC. He has always been on the cutting edge of Optometry providing direction and sales expertise in roles as Regional Sales Manager to President of companies such as Laser Diagnostics (GDx), Optos (Optomap), TLC via Midwest Surgical Services and HealthTech. Michael’s long term relationships, based on consistently delivering more than what is promised, with doctors and representatives throughout the country will enable OC to reach and help more eye care providers.

 

Ann Cameron has worked for more than 25 years in the eye care industry.  Her experience includes technical services in private practice, managing Ophthalmology clinics to corporate sales and sales support for Carl Zeiss Meditic, Optos and Ophthonix. During her career, Ann has worked with hundreds of Ophthalmology and Optometry practices to improve patient flow, train doctors and staff in the use of new diagnostic equipment and implement new sales concepts to enhance practice revenue.  Ann’s dedication to customer service and patient oriented outlook offer our clients a realistic perspective in practice management.

 

Rob Marcella joined OC as our National Accounts Manager. Working to create relationships with providers to the eye care industry Rob has been in the eye care industry for 12 years. He has worked with Essilor of America in Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois. Rob served as an Industrial eye wear representative, Sales Consultant, and a Varilux and lab consultant. Most recently Rob was the Regional Product Specialist in Minnesota and Iowa. Rob is an ABO approved presenter and has facilitated many presentations for eye care professionals for the last 7 years.

 

Sharla Kleven brings with her over 13 years of insurance knowledge.  Her previous work experience provides OC with established relationships with Medicare and Third Party Providers and an “insider’s” knowledge in processing claims.  She has a well-rounded insurance background after holding similar positions in dentistry, pharmacy and optometry.  Her vast insurance knowledge provides a great resource for our clients.

 

Kelly Hendrie brings OC nearly 25 years of Eye Care industry experience working with Carl Zeiss Meditic, Optos and Ophthonix. As an owner of Pathway Advancement Group, Kelly provides eye care specialists with a knowledgable resource to enhance and expand the level of services provided to patients.

 

Dana McMurchy brings over 20 years of eye care industry experience to OC. As owner of Mobile Diagnostic Services, Inc. Dana provides a variety of mobile diagnostic options for eye care specialists.
