OC's performance guarantee dictates that we establish clinic need before offering our service. A no cost clinic assessment is performed and findings reviewed. If the review shows that the clinic is operating efficiently and within Medicare anticipated usages, or that our services don't "pencil out financially", we'll share that with you. If the review shows that there are areas that can be improved we'll offer the appropriate program based on your specific needs.

This program has proven highly effective due to hands on approach and support over 12 months to ensure success with your implementation.
In-Focus Optical Solutions: We again come to your clinic for this Optical based program that includes the compliance, insurance and procedure training needed as identified by the clinic analysis. 12 month program with 10 modules and focused training on all areas of your optical.
Focused Implementation Solutions. Highly effective program that includes focused training on the areas identified in the clinic analysis for compliance, insurance, procedures and optical. This program is ideal for clinics that are already operating at a high level of efficiency and can benefit from focused training in identified areas for 6 months with a customized implementation plan to carry them to the next level.
Enhancement Solutions. For clinics either in need of only a slight tweak or clinics that want to start off with a smaller, more focused program, this 3 month training is ideal.
AR Recovery and Billing Services. Recover your outstanding denied claims and eliminate future problems through economical outsourcing. Our expert insurance billers remote into your system and process claims directly utilizing your system and clearinghouse. There is a small fee to engage our services and then you simply pay a percentage of the recovered reimbursements.
